Shipping conditions

Once the order is placed, as soon as we deliver it to the courier company, we upload the tracking code to your private panel (if you are a registered user on our website) and send you an email with the same information.
At the time of purchase confirmation, we offer you the option to provide a delivery address different from the billing address, as well as to indicate if it is a gift that you would like us to wrap accordingly.

Unless in exceptional cases, for any reason - previously discussed and agreed upon with each client - we ship with Envialia within mainland Spain and with FedEx internationally. Shipments to the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands can also be made via Correos.

Jewelry not listed on the website may have a delivery time of five weeks (to be confirmed in each case with Customer Service (acliente@ardentia.es and WhatsApp +34 881 980 219) as this time frame could be reduced).

We ship Monday to Thursday at 2:00 p.m.
On Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, holiday eves, and holidays, we do not send orders to avoid packages staying in courier warehouses.

We deliver our jewelry throughout Spain and also ship internationally. If you do not find your country in the price table, please contact us to confirm the shipping possibility.

We also offer a Click and Collect service (free pickup) in A Coruña, Bergondo, Santiago de Compostela, and Vigo.

We cover the shipping costs within mainland Spain for orders over €80.00, thanks to a grant for improving our website, within the framework of digital transformation and modernization of the commercial and artisanal sector (CO300C 2023), co-financed by Xunta de Galicia funds through the First Vice Presidency and the Ministry of Economy, Industry, and Innovation.

The shipping costs for the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands are €20.00, and for the rest of Spain, they are €6.80.
International shipping costs range from €20.00 to €53.00, depending on the country. You can check the price table*.
International shipments to countries outside the European Community may incur additional costs for the customer, due to customs duties or taxes. These charges are beyond Ardentia’s control, so they must be paid directly by the buyer to the courier company or the competent authority.
Product returns will be managed as indicated in the Returns section of this website.
