If you are not satisfied with your jewelry, we are very sorry, but you have 15 calendar days from the receipt of the order to withdraw from your purchase on our website.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the reason for the return is that the item was defective or there was an error in the shipment. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Once we receive your package at our office and verify that the jewelry has not been damaged, we will process the refund of the total amount charged within 14 days.
We recommend returning your jewelry in its original case/box, as this is ideal to prevent any damage during transit.

Important:
The jewelry must be in perfect condition, without any damage.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Once we receive the product and confirm that everything is in accordance with the above specifications, we will process the refund as soon as possible, using the same payment method you used (Paypal, card, etc.), and in any case, within a maximum period of 14 days.
We do not accept returns or exchanges outside of the stipulated period.
We do not accept returns with postage due.

Size Exchange
In the description of each ring, we provide a ring sizer for you to measure your size.
If, upon receiving the purchased jewelry, you realize that it is not your size, we will exchange it without any problem.
To do this, please contact us at acliente@ardentia.es or via our customer service WhatsApp at +34 881 980 219, indicating the order number and the size you wish to receive, so that we can expedite the exchange.
We will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the next steps.
