Do Ardentia jewels come with a warranty?
Yes, all our jewelry comes with a legal warranty of 3 years.
All our jewelry is made from 925 Sterling silver and is certified by an Official Precious Metals Assay Laboratory (with the hallmark on the jewelry, or if it weighs less than 7 grams, with a small certificate tag).
We are one of the few jewelry companies in Galicia endorsed by Galicia Calidade, an institution that certifies that our jewelry is 100% made in our workshop in Galicia and meets the quality standards set by the Official Jewelers' Association of Galicia COXGA.
Our workshop is registered with Artesanía de Galicia, and Luis González is a member of the Official Jewelers' Association of Galicia.
In addition to this 3-year warranty, we also offer a cleaning and restoration service for jewelry that is no longer under warranty. This is an exclusive service for our Ardentia brand's customers.

How can I find out my ring size?
You can download our ring sizer by clicking here, print it out, and find out your exact size.
What is the length of the complimentary cords for pendants?
We work with standard sizes. Our cords are about 42 cm long for small pendants and about 45 cm for larger ones.
The chokers are about 42 cm long.

Are all the jewels made of 925 Sterling silver?
Yes, all our jewelry is made from 925 Sterling silver, and each piece bears the hallmark of our company and of an Official Precious Metals Assay Laboratory.
Jewelry with galvanized finishes, gold plating, or vitreous enamel is also made from 925 Sterling silver and has the corresponding coating in each case.
Our gold plating is at least 3 microns thick and is applied to the 925 Sterling silver jewelry using 23-carat gold.
How can I know if my order is being processed?
You will receive an order confirmation by email.
We will ship your order within 48 business hours, and you will receive another email with the tracking code if you selected home delivery.
If you selected a click and collect order, we will tell you when you can go to our shop.

When will I receive my order?
We ship orders from Monday to Thursday* at 2:00 PM.
Depending on the destination, deliveries are usually made within 24 to 48 business hours within the Iberian Peninsula.
International shipments typically take about 8 days, depending on the destination.
*We do not ship orders on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, or the day before holidays to avoid storage in courier warehouses.
How can I use a discount or a promotional code?
When making a purchase, before payment, there is a section to enter the full discount code. Your purchase will automatically benefit from the discount.
Please note that only one discount code can be redeemed per purchase.
How can I pay for my purchases?
You can pay by credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express), PayPal, or bank transfer.
In the case of bank transfers, the shipment may be delayed as it will be processed once we receive confirmation of the payment in our account.
Can I track my order?
When your order leaves our workshop, you will receive an email with the tracking code and the name of the courier company handling the delivery.
Can I request an invoice?
Automatically, when your order is shipped, you will have access to your invoice in the "My Account" section.

I ordered the wrong jewelry, can I return or exchange it?
In the returns and exchanges section, we explain the procedure to follow in this case.

How can I clean my Ardentia jewelry?
If your jewelry does not have any specific finish, you can clean it with a special silver cloth or even wash it with water and soap, then dry it carefully.
If your jewelry has a gold-plated finish, we recommend cleaning it with a soft cloth. Please note that gold plating can wear over time, and if it requires re-plating, our workshop can handle it for you. Contact us at acliente@ardentia.es or via WhatsApp at + 34 881 980 219 to arrange it.
If your jewelry has a textured finish, a special silver cloth may not remove the tarnish. In this case, we will clean it free of charge in our workshop and make it look new. Contact us at acliente@ardentia.es or via WhatsApp at +34 881 980 219 to arrange it.
