Every piece of jewelry we offer in our collections has gone through a meticulous process of design, measurement calculations, crafting, modifications, and decision-making regarding sizes and dimensions until it becomes the final piece you see in our collections.

Therefore, the jewelry you find in our stores or at our distributors (professional clients) has been conceived with the expertise we've gained over more than 35 years.
The sizes of our rings and bands are decided by our design team (a group of colleagues who work closely with Luis), based on historical sales data.

Prices, on the other hand, are determined by Luis, who ensures that each piece is fairly priced, reflecting a precise calculation of costs.

When you ask us if we can make custom ring sizes, our answer is "Yes" in nearly 100% of cases, although it’s true that some rings or bands cannot be made in smaller or larger sizes due to design limitations.

Apart from these exceptions, we create custom sizes that are not part of our standard catalog.
For this reason, we have a public pricing list displayed in our stores, where the additional charges for size variations (whether an increase or reduction) are detailed. This charge is not arbitrary; it reflects the extra work required to craft a special piece in our workshop, as well as, in the case of larger sizes, the additional raw materials needed.
We understand that sometimes this additional charge may surprise our customers, and we sincerely appreciate that, despite this, you trust us to create your special jewelry.
